Icebreakers is a transitional organization after meeting any of our volunteers one can chose to become a member , whilst chose to leave, there is no limit to your membership. We feel as long as you are gaining something from the Organization then its good to be a part of it. Most existing members will offer support to others as well as invitations to 'join in'. Mutual support is a key element to the organization’s success. However, if some members are becoming 'cliquey' or are not gaining from the organization as a whole, we may encourage them to seek more support from other gay organizations. Maybe, when you have established friendships and have got what you need from the organization, you may decide to move on .But remember we are here, as you will be welcome to continue hearing from us; we always like to have a chat, find out how things are going and invite you to meet any of our volunteers any time. |
